I've been at the rehab program at GrandRiver Hospital’sFreeport campus now for just over a weeknow, andam makingnprogress. TodayI successfully walked across the gym to the door for the third time,small steps towardsrebuilding neural pathways.A major risk factor for a brain bleed stroke is hypertension,whichwas ultimately the cause of my brain bleed. So if you have high blood pressure, work with your doctor to get it under control, because I can tell you from experience that a bloody brain is scary shit and the recovery process is long, challenging, and often very frustrating.
